1. Geltungsbereich / Scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of EvoRadar (evo.ki-sum.ai), operated by Kisum GmbH. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. Leistungsbeschreibung / Service Description

EvoRadar provides AI-generated startup opportunity analysis. Content is produced by automated analysis engines and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute business, financial, or legal advice.

3. Nutzungsrechte / Content License

• All content on EvoRadar is licensed for personal use only.
• Redistribution, republication, or resale of idea analyses is strictly prohibited without written permission.
• Purchased single-idea unlocks ($10) grant perpetual personal access to that specific idea's analysis.
• VIP subscription content access is valid only during an active subscription period.

4. Preise und Zahlung / Pricing & Payment

• Free tier: Access to COLD idea analyses and selected free samples.
• Single unlock: $10 one-time payment per idea.
• VIP subscription: EUR 100/month, recurring, cancellable anytime.
• All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. Prices include applicable VAT.

5. VIP-Einreichungen / VIP Submission Terms

• Ideas submitted for evaluation remain the intellectual property of the submitter.
• Kisum GmbH may use anonymized, aggregated signals derived from submissions to improve the analysis engine. No identifiable content will be shared or published.
• Evaluation results are provided as-is and do not guarantee commercial viability.

6. HOT Ideas / Investor Zone

Access to full HOT idea briefs in the Investor Zone requires a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Contact us for details.

7. Widerrufsrecht / Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at legal@ki-sum.ai with your order details.

Please note: If you have accessed the purchased content (e.g., viewed the full idea analysis), the right of withdrawal may be waived pursuant to § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, provided you were informed of this and gave explicit consent before access.

8. Haftung / Liability

Kisum GmbH provides AI-generated analyses for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of any idea analysis. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by German law (§§ 521 ff. BGB).

9. Kündigung / Termination

• VIP subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Kisum GmbH reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, in particular the redistribution prohibition.

10. Anwendbares Recht / Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Kisum GmbH, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions require otherwise.
